First ASMR video (no talking)

yayy first upload! TIMESTAMPS: Have a suggestion? Leave a comment and I might just try it! (excluding talking, mouth sounds, and anything inappropriate) What is ASMR? ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It is often described as a pleasant tingling sensation along the spine or back of the head and is caused by different auditory or visual triggers (such as tapping or scratching on objects, whispering, or any number of sounds; everyone likes different things!) ASMR is not meant to replace professional medical advice or care. It is simply used as a sleep aid, for relaxation, or as background noise for focus.
