out run 32x menus, game modes and learning lessons from other projects

As the 32x scene has started to grow, so many resources are becoming available and some lessons can be extracted from them as well as i hope i will contribute also to others once the code is freed. And well, no words. The performance boost on the fps has been huge. This video has still the frameskip enabled but the frame rate speed that can be shown on the upper left corner is, for me, awesome despite with frameskip some points are barely playable for the speed XD Also menus and some fades on the screen transitions where added.
