Join me for a calming, close-up dermatology session focusing on removing stubborn sebaceous hyperplasia (enlarged oil glands). We’ll start with a detailed dermatoscope examination to differentiate these benign yellow bumps from Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC), looking for that classic central depression.
While treatment options include laser, topicals, and shave excision, we are electing for light hyfrecator/electrocautery to safely flatten the bumps.
Enjoy the sensory experience of intense whispering, glove rubbing, and the satisfying "beep" of the cautery machine.
