You Don’t Need to Become. You Need to Reveal. What if you don’t need to manifest more? What if you don’t need another journal, another affirmation, another vision board, or another strategy for becoming the person you want to be? What if the person you’re trying to become is already there? In this teaching, I explore a Kabbalistic understanding of self-worth, manifestation, feminine energy, surrender, prayer, faith, and our connection to Hashem and why the deepest spiritual work may not be about adding anything to ourselves, but removing the layers that prevent our true essence from being revealed. Our essence is infinite. No childhood experience, limiting belief, rejection, failure, or external circumstance can take that away from us. And yet, the experiences we’ve lived through can create blockages between who we truly are and how we experience ourselves. We can know intellectually that we are worthy - while something deeper in our heart still says, I’m not enough. I don’t deserve this. I can’t have this. This is where the tension between the mind and the heart becomes so important. The mind can create the vision board. The mind can make the plan. The mind can repeat the affirmation. But if the heart is living in unworthiness, fear, or lack, there can be a resistance between what we consciously desire and what we actually believe we are able to receive. So perhaps the work isn’t simply to think differently. Perhaps the work is to reveal and remove the blockages. We also explore the deeper meaning of masculine and feminine energy — not as rigid gender roles, but as different movements of consciousness. The masculine wants to plan, direct, achieve and make things happen. The feminine knows how to receive.
