Gurma is a sweet dish usually made for Hindu prayer services or weddings. In this video, I am in the kitchen with Natasha who you may know from her YouTube channel Trini Cooking with Natasha. This dish can be served with paratha roti, dosti roti, puri/suhari, alongside sweet rice, or even by itself. Link to Natasha's channel:    / @trinicookingwithnatasha   Ingredients and Measurements: 4 medium sized mangoes 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. ground anise seeds 2 tsp. masala 1 tsp. cumin/geera seeds 1/4-1/2 cup sugar (to taste) water oil a generous pinch of salt **The amount of the spice mixture you use depends on how dark you like your gurma!** (We used about 3/4 of the spice mixture.) _________________________________________________________________ Check out some of my other videos!
