Fallout 4 | Dalton Farm Dock /Pier Makeover | No Mods

This is the 6th major build in the Dalton Farm project, and this time I'm taking the existing dock and transforming it into a much more functional and lived-in working area for the settlement. The dock now has a proper purpose within Dalton Farm, with a large food storage warehouse, vendors, a working boat shed and workshop, and a tall windmill tower providing power while also giving the dock some much-needed security. I've also added plenty of smaller details around the waterfront to make the area feel like it's actually being used.
