Fallout 4 | Dalton Farm Clifftop House | No Mods

Dalton Farm will be the agricultural heart of Far Harbor. 🌾 With the perimeter secured and the residential beach now taking shape, it's time to move into the centre of the settlement and build the home that sits above it all. In this episode, I build a two-storey clifftop farmhouse, designed around the natural elevation in the centre of Dalton Farm. From parts that aren't ment to snap together. The farmhouse features a large open-plan living area centred around a custom-built fireplace, a kitchen, covered outdoor seating, bedrooms and a large upper balcony overlooking the main room. Built into the farmhouse is a central lookout tower, complete with an elevator and open observation level, giving the guards a commanding view across the entire settlement. A separate ground-level extension provides space for the generator and additional storage. Outside, the agricultural area begins to take shape with a custom-built barn, Brahmin enclosure, fencing following the existing road and large rows of crops surrounding the farmhouse. Custom paths connect the farm to the existing network, linking the agricultural heart of Dalton Farm with the entrance, dock and residential beach. Building Far Harbor This is part of the larger project to rebuild Far Harbor as one interconnected island community, with each settlement given its own purpose. 🌲 Echo Lake Lumber — the industrial heart of the island, providing lumber, construction supplies, manufacturing and repairs. series completed check it out on the channel. 🌾 Dalton Farm — the agricultural backbone of the island, producing the food and resources needed to support the wider community. The Clifftop House now gives Dalton Farm a central home, agricultural base and elevated observation point overlooking the settlement.
