TESCO FAMILY DAY IN THE UK 🤍 | Free Kids Breakfast, School Shopping & Teriyaki Chicken Welcome back to another TESCO FAMILY DAY IN THE UK vlog. 🤍 Today was such a lovely family day with the kids during their school holidays. We started our morning with getting ready and praying, then I took the children to Tesco for a little family outing. They were able to enjoy the kids' breakfast offer while I had my coffee, and afterwards we did some grocery shopping for the meals I planned to make at home. When we came back, the children's new school bags, lunch boxes and stationery had arrived. They were so excited to open everything and were especially sweet when they thanked their Baba. 🥹❤️ Later, I roasted some chicken leg pieces and then started cooking teriyaki chicken and egg fried rice for the family. By the evening, the cooking and cleaning were done and there was only the children's bedsheet left to iron before my husband came home. I also shared a reminder from Surah Al-Baqarah 2:172 about recognising the blessings Allah has provided for us and being grateful to Him. Sometimes a simple breakfast, a cup of coffee, our children's happiness, food on the table and family around us are blessings we should never take for granted. May Allah make us truly grateful for everything He has given us and put barakah in our homes, rizq and families.
