How to Weber carb swap a Honda Civic

My Honda Civic Keihin CVCC carburetor is too far gone to save. The parts availability is poor and so are the throttle shaft bushings. Luckily, Weber makes a conversion kit. Should be a fairly easy swap, people have been doing it for years without issue. So here we go.
