Andy is currently deep in altitude training at his camp in Flagstaff, Arizona, putting in the work ahead of the IFAM 5k and the British Championships. Every session out here is building fitness with one goal in mind — the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, his main target for the year and a chance to compete on home soil.
