Calming Video for Kids 🤗 Squeeze and Let Go | Big Tree Hill

A calming video for kids and toddlers who feel cross: Peanut's tower fell, so Nana shows squeeze and let go: squeeze tight, hold, let go, soft. Your child learns: a calm-down step for a tight, cross body (squeeze your paws tight, hold for three, let it go, feel soft), and that feeling cross is allowed. Good for: a cross moment · practising on a calm day · after a tower falls down Words to say together: Squeeze · Hold · Let go · Soft For grown-ups: When your child is cross, try it together: squeeze your paws tight, hold for three, let it all go and feel soft; then one slow breath. It works best practised on a calm day first. Feeling cross is allowed: the steps are something to do with it. A few calm minutes to share, not a treatment; every child is different.
