From Summer Harvests to Winter Food | Our Polytunnel Changeover

Summer is coming to an end in the polytunnel, and it's time to make way for our winter vegetables! 🌱 In this video, we're taking you inside our polytunnel to show you how we've made the changeover from summer growing to winter food production, and everything we've got growing to keep us harvesting through the colder months. Winter salads are a big part of our plans, but we've also packed in plenty of other crops, including: 🥬 Kale, broccoli and calabrese 🌱 Spinach and chard 🫛 Late peas and overwintering broad beans 🧅 Spring onions and green garlic growing in tubs 🥕 Winter carrots in containers 🥗 Little Gem lettuce growing in hanging baskets And despite the change in seasons, we've still got some late tomatoes hanging on in there too! 🍅 We're trying to make the most of every bit of growing space, using beds, containers and hanging baskets to keep fresh homegrown food coming throughout autumn and winter.
