TSHISEKEDI ADDRESSES PUTIN ON RWANDA, M23 AND FDLR | PART 2 — KINYARWANDA TRANSLATION Before Vladimir Putin and fellow leaders at the Third Russia–Africa Summit in Moscow, President Félix Tshisekedi called for implementation of UN Security Council resolutions concerning eastern Congo, including demands relating to M23, Rwandan forces and the neutralisation of FDLR. This is PART 2: the Kinyarwanda translation of his address. Part 1 presents the speech in its original French, allowing viewers to hear his words directly. Tshisekedi urges Russia, as a permanent member of the UN Security Council, to support implementation of resolutions 2773 and 2808 and ongoing mediation efforts. He calls for M23 to withdraw from occupied areas, regardless of its name, and for an end to the support he attributes to Rwandan forces. He also addresses commitments to neutralise FDLR, describing it as a genocidal force, while asserting that Congo is fulfilling its obligations.
