Right now, your brain is telling you a story, and almost none of it is quite true. Tonight the Keeper lights the lantern and opens the Mirror Wing of the Mind Palace, where every room holds one gentle way your brain fills in, smooths over and quietly rewrites the world. This is a calm, slow psychology story to fall asleep to. Twenty-one quiet rooms: the blind spot you've never seen, a stranger swapped in the middle of a conversation, memories changed by a single word, a list of sleepy words with one missing, people defending a choice they never made, the dress that broke the internet, seeing faces in clouds, and why the moon looks bigger near the horizon. There is no music, only a soft fire. The lantern is lit, and the mirrors are waiting.
