In Lesson 6 of PhotoCraft for Beginners you will learn to fix dull photos: read a histogram, use the auto fixes, adjust brightness, levels and curves, boost colour with hue, saturation and vibrance, warm a photo with Color Balance and Photo Filter, and turn a picture black and white. Everything is done with adjustment layers, so every change stays editable.
PhotoCraft is a free, open source photo editor from the ArtCraft family of apps. It is early stage software that is advancing quickly. This lesson was recorded on PhotoCraft version 0.14.0.
