Superlicious Fluffy & Soft Chocolate Chiffon Cake Subscribe    • Super Fluffy & Soft Chocolate Chiffon Cake   Ingredients (6 inches cake tin) (A) 1. 3 Egg yolks 2. 25g ( 2 tbsps ) Caster sugar 3. 35g ( 3 tbsp ) Vegetable oil 4. 40g ( 3 tbsp full ) Milk 5. 1/2 tsp Vanilla 6. 50g ( 1/3 cup ) Cake flour 7. 1/4 tsp Baking powder 8. 10g ( 1 + 1/2 tbsp full ) Cocoa powder 9. A pinch of salt (B) 1. 3 Egg whites 2. 50g ( 4 tbsps ) Caster sugar Water bake in a preheated 150°C ~ 170°C oven for 15 minutes. Then reduce temperature to 125°C ~ 145°C continue for another 35 minutes. Baking time & temperature may vary depending on the type and accuracy of oven. Adjust accordingly.
