Feeling behind in life? It's not because you're lazy or late. Here's the psychology of why that feeling shows up at 1 a.m. and why it's often measuring you against the wrong things.
In this video, we look at four research-backed reasons we feel behind in life: timelines that are decades old, the habit of comparing our inside to everyone else's outside, the illusion that we're already "finished," and the myth that success only comes young. Then we cover three simple ways to stop measuring your life with someone else's deadline.
