Edrick Faust’s DNA Doesn’t Prove He Killed Law Student: Defense

The defense team picked apart the state's theory that their client, Edrick Faust, killed Tara Baker at her home in January 2001. Faust's attorney stated that his DNA does not necessarily mean that Faust strangled and killed Baker or set her house on fire. The defense then pointed to her boyfriend at the time, Chris Melton, who may be the true suspect in this tragic crime.
