Jul 2026: From heavy concrete beams 💪 to STING Concert 🎵

JULY IN THE ALGARVE 🇵🇹 | 6-Metre Concrete Beams, Amazing Builders & STING LIVE! – Part 1 July was a hot month — literally and figuratively — and full of surprises, hard work, music and unforgettable moments! There was so much happening at Casa Bela Vista that I had to split my July update into two parts. So this is Part 1, with Part 2 coming next weekend. Once again, I feel incredibly blessed to have such an amazing dream team around me every day. ❤️ In this episode, you’ll see Jorge and Volodimir completing the ring beam — or corona — around our new multifunctional building. And then things get really impressive… Together with Oleksandr, Volodimir’s incredibly strong son Dina, and Nuno, they manage to position six-metre-long, extremely heavy concrete beams on top of the structure. I honestly never thought they could do this without a crane! Watching them work together is absolutely mind-blowing — especially in temperatures approaching 40°C. And of course, Jorge was our special agent in this episode… Have a look and you’ll see why! 😄 But July wasn’t only about building. 🎶 At the Songbird Amphitheater Algarve, we enjoyed a wonderful evening with Gonçalo Sousa on harmonica and the Fernando Tavares Jazz Trio. And then came another musical highlight: an unforgettable evening in Figueira da Foz, seeing Sting live in concert. 🎸 Two very different concerts — both absolutely memorable.
