NEFL Eagles ~ While the Eagles are on the Nest the Owl is watching them! Sept 26, 2026

The Owl is the Apex Raptor of the night. It is a silent flyer with incredible night vision. Both Eagles are doing some late evening work on the nest. The Harvest Moon is shining bright so that gives the Eagles a bit better vision tonight. Yet they don't notice when the Barred Owl comes and perches. When it is discovered the Eagles won't pursue since the Owl has the advantage. all Credit to AEF.
