I Spent The Night on Wyoming's Highest Point - Gannett Peak

Between August 4-7, 2026 I spent 4 days and 3 nights in the Wind River Range of Wyoming. It was an all-time mission. I scrambled up Gannett Peak via the north ridge and came across a fellow hiker who was planning on spending the night on the summit. Inspired by this hiker, and the great weather window, I also decided to sleep on top as well. This was the prettiest campsite I've ever had, Unreal views no matter where I looked. The Wind Rivers absolutely blew me away. It was a difficult and strenous 4 day solo trip but I created unforgettable memories.
