Deburring the RV-15 Rudder: Every Part, Every Edge

The RV-15 build officially starts in the metal. In this video we deburr every aluminum part for the rudder section — skins, ribs, spars, the whole stack — before anything gets primed or riveted. Deburring is one of those jobs that looks simple and takes forever. Sharp edges, tooling marks, and a whole lot of aluminum dust.
