Was Squidbillies Actually Good?

I had somehow never seen Squidbillies before, and after finally sitting down with it I can safely say I was not prepared. This show is loud, chaotic, and completely unhinged in a way that feels very specific to its era of Adult Swim. I went in expecting random humor, but what I got was way more aggressive and bizarre than I thought.
