I Took My Time Wiring This DIY Battery… And It SHOWS!

🔋 DIY Battery Build 2.0 is coming together, and this wiring turned out GREAT! ⚡ We're back with another episode of my massive DIY LiFePO4 Battery Build 2.0, and this time we're tackling one of the most important parts of the entire project — installing the Battery Management System (BMS) and connecting all those batteries! In this episode, I'm installing the Batrium WatchMon4 BMS, LongMons, shunt, and all the BMS wiring needed for my DIY 48V LiFePO4 battery bank. But we're not stopping there! I'm also installing the busbars on all the batteries, and putting some serious effort into keeping everything neat, organized, and properly routed. And I have to say… the wire management turned out REALLY GOOD! 😂 🔧 In this video: ✅ Installing the Batrium LongMon cell monitors ✅ Installing the Batrium shunt ✅ Routing and installing the BMS wiring ✅ Customizing wire routing for a cleaner installation ✅ Installing busbars across all the LiFePO4 batteries ✅ Organizing and securing wiring throughout the battery cabinet ✅ Making more progress on DIY Battery Build 2.0! With a battery bank this large, wire management is important. I wanted everything to look clean, be easy to follow, and make future maintenance and troubleshooting easier. This episode is focused on the physical installation and wiring. We'll get into powering up, configuring, and testing the Batrium BMS in a future video.
