Agenda 1. Roll Call/Attendance 2. Public Comment 3. Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: Cape Cod Commission Meeting Minutes from 6/11/26 and 6/25/26 4. Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff activities, including work related to housing and water supply and participation in meetings across Cape Cod on the replacement of the Cape Cod Bridges and regional open space planning. 5. Cape Cod Bridges Program: Massachusetts Department of Transportation (“MassDOT”) staff will provide an update including recent permitting, ongoing design and upcoming procurement activities for the Cape Cod Canal Bridges Program, a program that will include the eventual replacement of the Bourne and Sagamore bridges, as well as improvements to the approach roadway networks. 6. Update on Recent Regulatory Reviews. Staff will give an overview of Development of Regional Impact projects and Development of Regional Impact Exemptions that have been approved by the Cape Cod Commission within the last five years. 7. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting. 8. Adjourn
