My Journey into Shamanic Healing | Meet Jennifer Malisauskas

Hello and welcome! I'm Jennifer Malisauskas, a shamanic practitioner and energy healer based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. In this video, I share a little about myself, my personal journey, and how shamanic healing became an important part of my own path of self-discovery and transformation. Through my own experiences, I've come to understand how deeply rooted wounds, fears, beliefs, and protective patterns can influence the way we see ourselves, relate to others, and move through life. Shamanic practices have helped me explore and work through some of my own deepest wounds, and these experiences have shaped how I now support others in their own healing and personal exploration. Whether you're curious about shamanic healing, feeling stuck in repeating patterns, or simply interested in learning more about the person behind Sacred Shadow Work, I hope this video gives you a little insight into who I am and the work I do. ABOUT MY WORK I offer Shamanic Healing, Reiki & Energy Healing, and intuitive support for those looking to explore the deeper layers of what may be holding them back. Sessions are available in person in Ottawa and online across Canada.
