This 2024 Kodiak 100 Series III Phase 2 was delivered new in October 2024, has one owner, has been hangared its whole life, and has only about 240 hours on the airframe, engine, and five-blade prop. It has the big three, the GWX 75 radar, the Phase 2 crew doors, and a custom mirror-finish black paint job with no decals. It goes in for its annual at Broadie's in November 2026 at the seller's expense, so the next owner flies all of 2027 on a fresh annual. WHAT'S COVERED IN THIS VIDEO The paint: custom Mystical Black Pearl with Charcoal Gray and Maya Gold Metallic, every surface a mirror with zero orange peel, and no decals anywhere. Tail number and logos are painted. Hangared since new, so it looks like it did the day we took delivery. The numbers: October 2024 delivery, just shy of two years old, about 240 hours, one owner, no damage history. Series III standard equipment: 29 inch large tires (landing weight equals takeoff weight), air conditioning, 115 cubic foot oxygen, USB ports, and on this Phase 2 airplane the high-power USB-A and USB-C ports. The five-blade Hartzell composite prop: full 2,200 RPM, lower pilot workload, and significantly quieter outside the airplane for noise-sensitive fields. Avionics: three-screen G1000 NXi, GFC 700 autopilot, Avionics Package One with GTS 800 traffic, WX-500 Stormscope, and GDL 69 XM weather, plus the GWX 75 weather radar on the right wing, the same hardware as the GWX 8000 and upgradable with a software revision. Interior: the Summit Plus in Cool Gray, the most versatile interior in the Kodiak line. Seats go fore and aft, and you can pull the seats and carpet for cargo one day and put it all back in ten minutes the next. Cool Gray carpet, matching sidewalls, composite headliner, extra sound dampening. Phase 2 upgrades: the new-style crew doors with magnetic stays and the Kodiak 900 armrest, and the upgraded window system. Maintenance: less than two years old, one annual to date at Broadie's Aircraft in Fort Worth, a Kodiak Authorized Service Center, and scheduled back there in November 2026 at the seller's expense. The air conditioning system was replaced in 2025 and works phenomenally on a hot Texas day. Logbooks are downloadable on our website.
