Sasha Devi & Lia in conversation about life in Da Nang

A walk and talk with Sasha Devi through the streets of Da Nang! Sasha is a kundalini yoga teacher who works online with people from all over the world, and this was her very first interview in English. She wasn't prepared at all and I love it, because that's exactly the point: no script, no cuts, just the real deal, as she says herself. We talk about working from anywhere, about why Vietnam feels so healthy, and about the beach at 4:30 in the morning, where everybody is already swimming, running, shaking their bodies or lying buried in the sand. And as Sasha says: what people here do for free, we in the West pay thousands for at a retreat in Bali! Then I asked her what she would tell a woman who watches this and thinks, I want that too! Her answer: Be truthful with yourself, no compromises, and stop looking for your answers in your head, because your brain overthinks and doubts, but your body will not lie to you. Wow, such a beautiful one to end with! That's exactly why I do what I do: helping women get out of their heads, so they sleep again, feel what they want again and actually act on it.
