GROW LONG HAIR BY 2027 | Hot oil treatments, are protective styles really protective? And Diet!

Welcome back to episode five of operation hair growth!!! This week’s video is all about protective styles, hot oil, treatment, and deep conditioning. This video will be very hair growth heavy but I did include one recipe that I did for the week. I was so happy to be able to take out my quick weave, we are going to be discussing the benefits of a protective style, and if all styles are really protective. I also got some seamos gel and I will be letting you all know how that works. I do believe that so far my hair is benefiting from all of the hair mask we have been doing as well as our diet. I have noticed a difference in the shininess of my hair as well as the thickness. Since this is a winter arc challenge, we only have about three months to actually reached our hair goals, which means that we will be ramping up the amount of hair mask and vitamin intakes.
