Maine Mobile Home Park Residents WIN Lot Rent Stabilization Fight Against Corporate Landlord

For the past 10 months, residents at Norway Commons mobile home park have been organizing to pass a town ordinance that would limit rent increases, including the egregious hikes recently imposed by corporate landlords like Sun Communities. On Thursday, October 15, their organizing efforts paid off, as residents delivered a unanimous vote in favor of the ordinance.
