C Port of the PBP Kernel (part 8) - Begin Filling Type Form

Part 8. Using what I've got, let's see if this is enough to start annotating types. The trade off is: does it take less time for me to fill in the types manually with my text editor, or, do I need the tool to do more work for me and will changing the tool take less time than manual type entry?
