C Port of PBP Kernel (part 3) Begin

I copy emitpython.rwr to emitc.rwr and begin hacking on it to make the emitted code look like C code. I edit files and use the machine to tell me what bits are wrong while allowing me check that I'm on the right track. I do some editing of the source code of the PBP transmogrifier in the drawio editor and show how to fix some of the initial low-hanging-fruit errors. I expect to make more short videos of this process as I proceed.
