How Nick & Alexy Rollins Built Loyalty Plumbing & Air Together

Since launching Loyalty Plumbing & Air in 2022, Nick and Alexy Rollins have built a growing Las Vegas plumbing and HVAC business with a memorable brand, a strong company culture, and a team they trust to keep things running when they step away. The husband-and-wife founders join Kaleb Blyton on Behind the Door to share how they built it together combining Nick’s trade experience with Alexy’s operations background, learning to trust each other’s strengths, and developing leaders within their company. They also look back on the early startup days, including midnight payroll questions and a calendar lesson they still laugh about. Those beginnings helped shape the partnership and business they lead today. Nick and Alexy remain actively involved, but they’ve built the people and processes that allow them to step away without everything stopping.
