Guide Me, O Thou Great Jehovah - Ben Burkholder

Guide Me O Thou Great Jehovah Lyrica Sacra • April 11–12, 2026 • LMS Fine Arts Center (2026 Commission) - Premiere Words: William Williams Music: Ben Burkholder; orch. Ben Burkholder and Derlyn Musser Guide me, O Thou great Jehovah, pilgrim thru this barren Land; I am weak, but Thou art mighty; hold me with Thy pow’rful Hand: Bread of heaven, feed me till I want no more. Open now the crystal fountain, whence the healing streams doth flow; Let the fire and cloudy pillar lead me all my journey thru: Strong Deliv’rer, be Thou still my strength and shield. When I tread the verge of Jordan, bid my anxious fears subside; Death of death, and hell’s destruction, land me safe on Canaan’s side; Songs of praises will I ever sing to Thee. https://benburkholder.com/ Support Lyrica Sacra’s music ministry: https://lyricasacra.com/donate/ Learn more about Lyrica Sacra: https://lyricasacra.com/
