Create Magazine-Style Basketball Photos with Flash | Samuel Bouret

What happens when you combine a professional basketball player, flash, different lenses, and one location? You can create multiple completely different sports editorial looks. In this shoot, Samuel Bouret uses a Canon R5 with a variety of lenses to photograph a professional basketball player while experimenting with perspective, lighting, and composition. The goal isn't just to freeze the athlete. It's about controlling the light, perspective, and environment to create images that feel intentional and editorial.
