Ritual is invitation - using colouring as a start point for meditation.

Meditation Blends is a series to explore parts of Yoga and Ayurveda that support our mind and emotions. This particular practice leads with 'Rituals are an invitation.' This is expressly for you to make of it what you will. This is your experience, and welcome whatever arrives during the session, but allow space between thoughts to be a priority too. Meditation and wakeful colouring offer moments to be silent, to listen, to be free of judgement, to allow kindness to arrive anytime your are present. As this series grows so will the practices. We are all beginners. Kelly highly recommends: Meditation Time App, Free Also Johanna Basford, Colouring book ISBN-13 978-1399616362 Sometimes our spirituality will arrive in this context too. If you don't dig it, do not force it. Love whatever arrives as it is a valuable point in time to be clear and present. x 👍🏼Please Click the Thumbs up if you appreciate this channel. 🦅With lightness of mind and stability of body,🐘 let us all find a time to slow down this mad wild life. x (Donations are welcome but not expected.)
