Leading a Lady Along

The plaintiff hired the defendant to perform handyman work around her home and gave him her own Home Depot credit card to purchase supplies for the job. However, the plaintiff alleges the defendant used her card to buy supplies for other people's jobs, so she's suing. The defendant insists he only purchased items to work on the plaintiff's home.
