#wildcamping #meditation #mountains #munros #wildcampinguk #scotland In Episode 7 I'm hiking through the KinlochLaven Estate following Allt Coire Na Ba beck up to summits of Sgurr An Fhuarain and then the ridge line of the The Ring of Steel to take me to the Am Bodach summit. Am Bodach is a fine, steep and stony mountain on the main ridge of the Mamores between Kinlochleven and Fort William. The Am Bodach part of the Mamores ridge could also be climbed from Kinlochleven, perhaps combining with Stob Coire a' Chàirn and Na Gruagaichean. The classic epic challenge for the hyper-fit is to traverse the whole Mamores ridge in a day - a major undertaking. There are eight Munros on or close to the main ridge itself, plus two eastern outliers which are traditionally included the Gruagaichean.
