I severely overlooked the Italian Battleship line...World of Warships Legends

In selecting the Cristoforo Colombo as a bureau project earlier this year, I realized very quickly that I needed to make big progress on the Italian Battleship tech tree line. Many commenters on Reddit seemed to think that the Francesco Caracciolo at Tier VI was underwhelming... Well, after playing many battles, I can assure you my opinion will differ from that.
