Can I get this neglected 1968 Ford F350 Bumpside running and moving!?! Will it run?!

Follow along and see if I can get my late fathers F 350 started. It has a 360 c.i. V8 under the hood. I'm not an expert in FE engines by any means(or anything for that matter), but I'm not afraid to give it a shot. This is a "How I do" apposed to a "How to"
