The other side of the question | Solomon Serwanjja | Clay Conversations 003

What happens when someone who has spent years asking difficult questions begins carrying the responsibility of building? For years, Solomon Serwanjja's work in journalism brought him close to questions of accountability, leadership, and public responsibility. But beyond the stories he has told is another story worth exploring: what those years have taught him, how experience has shaped his understanding of service, and what it means to move from examining institutions to participating in the work of strengthening them. In this episode of Clay Conversations, Sarah Eden Asiimwe sits with Solomon for a thoughtful conversation about professional formation, conviction, responsibility, service, and the person behind the public work. Because sometimes, the most interesting story is not the one we tell. It is the one that experience writes in us. About Clay Conversations; Clay Conversations is a series of thoughtful, unhurried conversations exploring ideas, institutions, leadership, and the people behind the work. Conversations for those who build what endures.
