More Than What We Measure | Shanine Linda Ahimbisibwe| Clay Conversations 002

We measure progress in numbers, targets, indicators and results. But what happens when the most important parts of the work cannot be fully captured by what we measure? In this Clay Conversation, Eden Asiimwe sits with Shanine for a thoughtful conversation about evidence, learning, people, and the realities behind the numbers. They explore what it means to work close to communities, what experience teaches us that reports sometimes cannot, and why good measurement must never cause us to lose sight of the people whose lives sit behind the evidence. More Than What We Measure is ultimately a conversation about seeing the whole picture — the results we can count, the stories we need to hear, and the responsibility to keep learning from both.
