Everything Wrong With My 21 Year Old Ducati

I bought a 21 year old Ducati Multistrada 1000S DS, and although I've grown to really like this rather unusual Italian motorcycle, it's certainly not without its problems! This 2005 Ducati was originally imported from America, and after getting it registered and back on the road here in the UK, there are still a few things that need sorting. From electrical gremlins and a troublesome instrument cluster to cracked fairings, questionable repairs by previous owners and missing parts, today I'm taking a closer look at everything that's wrong with my old Ducati. Could the electrical problems all be related? Is the instrument cluster suffering from water damage? And just how much work is needed to get this 21 year old motorcycle back to the condition it deserves? Despite its faults, there's something about this Ducati that I really like. The question is, how much time and money will it take to get everything right?
