What your Linux distro says about you, part 4. Last time the comments asked for NixOS, Alpine and Solus, one from each of the last three videos, so the distro personality algorithm now knows you skip straight to the comments. The fourth tab of the spreadsheet is every distro it had to look up first, plus a few cursed ones, and one operating system whose homepage has bragged about the same number since 2007.

We go distro by distro. Q4OS, whose own team forgot what the name means. KDE neon, whose FAQ says it isn't the KDE distro, which held up when KDE launched its own. LMDE, Mint's backup plan in case Ubuntu disappears. Linux Lite, "perfect for older hardware," now asking for 4 GB of RAM. PikaOS, a gaming distro whose first listed feature is a cute bird mascot. NebiOS, from a one-person foundation in Turkey. Deepin, whose "license agreement" got it pulled from openSUSE. Astra Linux, Russia's Debian for the army, with security levels named after cities. OpenMandriva, which lost its name to a comic strip magician. Plamo Linux, which started life as Plagiaware. Salix, whose FAQ asks why it's dormant and answers "Sigh." WMLive, a live disc for Window Maker, the desktop that copies NeXT. GNU Guix, Nix rewritten in Lisp. Devuan, Debian without systemd, which once let its own signing key expire. Neko Void, Void with cat ears. Chimera Linux, which denounces the systemd-free crowd. And AerynOS, from the Solus founder, still in alpha.
Then it gets cursed. RebeccaBlackOS, named after the singer of "Friday," and somehow a real Wayland test distro. Pear OS, sold in 2014 to a company that is still anonymous. Kali Undercover, the mode that makes Kali look like Windows 10. LinuxPDF, which boots Linux inside a PDF. And a bonus that isn't Linux at all: OpenBSD, which has claimed two remote holes in the default install since 2007 and ships the SSH that runs on nearly everything.
It's a comedy video, but the facts are real. If your distro still isn't on the list, drop it in the comments. If it's Windows, the algorithm is still not talking to you.
