A Calif. Zephyr in Ft. Morgan on 24OCT2025

Today's California Zephyr #5 arrived in Fort Morgan at 0547 MDT (3 min. off). The power for this 8-car train was from P42s #147 & #190. They brought the consist to its first stop with car 2 (transition/dorm/sleeper) to the platform for 1 detraining patron (not on camera). Then the train was moved ahead to bring car 7 (coach) to the platform for 6 patrons detraining followed by 1 new fare (commuter) boarding for the ride to Denver. With the station work safely completed, the high ball was given and on a clear signal, the Zephyr rolled west toward Union Station in Denver as its next stop on the way to the bay.
