We just sat down and calculated our entire monthly budget - $485 to prepare for our first baby while living in Hanoi on just ONE income. I'm now in my last few weeks of pregnancy, and I've just quit my job to stay home and raise our baby for the next few years. So from this month on, our family runs entirely on my husband's salary. In this video, we break down every single expense: rent, food, transportation, personal costs, and pregnancy-related expenses - plus answer the three questions we get asked most often about the cost of giving birth in Vietnam. 🏠 Rent & utilities: $223/month 🍚 Food: $138/month 🛵 Transportation: $46/month 🧴 Personal expenses: $19/month 🤰 Pregnancy costs: $58/month If you're also a young family building your life in a big city, I'd love to know - how much does it cost to live where you are? Let me know in the comments, I'm really curious to compare! Thank you so much for watching. In the next video, we'll be following Ben's journey into the world 🌿 #hanoivlog #onincomefamily #pregnancyvlog #costofliving #familybudget
