Greater Vancouver Market Update for April, 2026

Prices have turned the corner! Apparently. This is according to the Greater Vancouver Realtors Home Price Index pricing model. But don’t get too excited, the reality is far more complicated than that. Also, I’ll talk about a government housing policy that might actually be working. I know, it’s kind of hard to believe.
