RICH RUNS - RISING SUN PARKRUN 05/09/2026

Join us at our local parkrun, the rather beautiful Rising Sun. It's never been a particularly quick for either us but after a tough week's training I was hoping for a new course PB. Paula has been struggling with a foot problem (they don't move quickly enough!) but was looking for a sub 36. As always we bumped into several familiar faces on what is always a great event.
