Wine on the Lees, complacency: God Searches with Lamps | Zephaniah 1 Sermon | Solomon Babu Anna Gnt

Is outward religion enough to save a nation? In this in-depth study of Zephaniah Chapter 1, we unpack the stark prophetic warning given during the reign of King Josiah. Despite widespread external reforms, the heart of Judah remained divided—worshiping Yahweh while bowing to Baal. Zephaniah exposes the dangerous mindset of being "settled like wine on the lees"—spiritual complacency driven by the illusion that God's temple made them indestructible.
