Dynasty Warriors 3: XL - Cao Cao Musou Mode 1 | The Yellow Turban Rebellion

Cao Cao probably has the best voice in this game. He's one of the few that doesn't have weird inflections or sound retarded. Cao Cao is the first ruler to get a totally unique moveset rather than follow the ruler sword moveset. He's pretty balanced and his charge attacks give him a lot of range. His C6 in particular has him deal multiple attacks so you can get a lot of damage out if you land each hit.
